OneWithEvents sources venues for corporate events in Dubai. You tell us about your event; we approach venues and verify quotes, availability and event details.
Where a venue has provided enough information, we calculate and show verified all-in pricing. Where it has not, we clearly present the option as an estimate.
The service is free for your company.
In short: some venues pay us a disclosed commission; others pay us nothing. Neither affects our recommendation.
Some venues pay OneWithEvents a commission when you book; others pay us nothing. Any commission is disclosed.
This does not affect how venues are ranked or recommended. Venues cannot pay for better placement or to become our recommendation. The best fit for your brief wins even when we earn nothing on it.
In short: you contract with and pay the venue directly. We are not part of that contract and do not hold your money.

In short: a proposal records the venue's quote at that time. The venue's final contract has the last word.
A proposal records information supplied by the venue and the applicable fees at the time it is prepared.
The all-in amount is calculated from the venue's quoted net price using the fee rates applicable to the date of your event.
Quotes may change or expire under the venue's own terms. Any availability, validity period, inclusions, exclusions or conditions shown in the proposal are based on the venue's statements.
The venue's final contract or order form controls.
In short: use the service honestly and only access proposal links sent to you or your company.
Do not scrape the service, misrepresent who you are, impersonate another person or company, or access proposal links that were not sent to you or your company.
In short: UAE law applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
